Basic Requirements for a Social Media Manager

  1. Experience:

    • Minimum 6 month to 1 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  2. Platform Expertise:

    • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest ….
    • Experience with scheduling tools.
  3. Content Creation & Strategy:

    • Ability to create engaging posts, reels, and videos.
    • Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and viral content.
    • Experience in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  4. Analytics & Performance Tracking:

    • Ability to analyze insights and metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools.
  5. Community Engagement & Brand Awareness:

    • Strong communication skills for responding to comments and messages.
    • Ability to build and manage online communities.
      • Creativity & Adaptability:

        • Ability to create innovative content and adapt to platform updates.
        • Strong problem-solving skills and trend-spotting ability.
      • Team Collaboration & Project Management:

        • Experience working with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
        • Ability to manage multiple social accounts efficiently.
      • Portfolio:

      • A proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts.
