Basic Requirements for a Social Media Manager

Experience:
- Minimum 6 month to 1 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

Platform Expertise:
- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest ….
- Experience with scheduling tools.

Content Creation & Strategy:
- Ability to create engaging posts, reels, and videos.
- Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and viral content.
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Ability to analyze insights and metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools.

Community Engagement & Brand Awareness:
- Strong communication skills for responding to comments and messages.
- Ability to build and manage online communities.

Creativity & Adaptability:
- Ability to create innovative content and adapt to platform updates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and trend-spotting ability.

Team Collaboration & Project Management:
- Experience working with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple social accounts efficiently.

- A proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts.
